Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning and custodial services in assigned campus buildings and facilities.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, scrub, and maintain floors, hallways, stairways, and other designated areas.
• Clean and sanitize classrooms, administrative offices, conference rooms, lounges, and common areas.
• Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces, including door handles, railings, desks, tables, and other frequently used areas.
• Empty trash and recycling containers and transport waste to designated disposal locations.
• Dust and clean furniture, fixtures, windowsills, and other accessible surfaces.
• Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of entrances, lobbies, and public areas.
• Follow established cleaning schedules and complete assigned tasks in a timely manner.
• Assist with cleaning and preparation for campus events; support setup/breakdown of tables, chairs, and equipment.
• Report maintenance issues and safety concerns; follow safety procedures and PPE usage.

FloorCare&FacilityAppearance

• Maintainfloorsthroughsweeping,mopping,vacuuming,andotherappropriatecleaningmethods.
• Assistwithperiodicfloorcare,includingstripping,waxing,buffing,andcarpetcleaningwhentrainedandassigned.
• Identifyandreportflooringdamage,spills,andpotentialsliportriphazards.

• Supportseasonalorperiodicdeep-cleaningprojects.

CampusEvents&SpecialCleaningProjects
