What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a related field

- Experience in a high-volume call environment with multiple computer applications is desirable
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience interacting with patients regarding medical information
- Ability to navigate multiple computer screens efficiently
- Proficiency in alpha-numeric data entry
- Previous work experience in a call center environment
