- Become proficient with processes after completing a structured training program
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience required
- Previous experience in medical billing, customer service, or call center environment strongly preferred
- Comfort in managing high volume calls with multiple computer windows open
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
