Pride Mobility Products Corporation is seeking a dedicated team member to operate fiber filling equipment and perform manual cushion assembly in a production setting in Mississippi. You will fill, shape, and inspect cushions to meet specifications while observing safety standards and quality guidelines.

The role requires at least 1 year of cushion fill experience, the ability to lift up to 40 lbs (assistance provided for heavier work), and reliable teamwork.

• At least 1 year of fiber and cushion fill operation experience required.
• Must be a team player, friendly, detail-oriented, and honest.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Mansioni

• Review work orders, schedules, diagrams and specs to determine materials and filling requirements.
• Select components, fiber and materials for each product.
• Operate fiber-blowing, cushion-filling, vacuum, compression and related equipment.
• Measure, weigh and distribute fiber according to product specs.
• Insert foam, fiber and other cushioning materials into covers and ensure proper positioning.
• Shape, smooth and adjust cushions for appearance, firmness, and dimensions.
• Close, zip, fasten or secure covers after filling.
• Inspect materials and finished products for defects and ensure quality before moving to next stage.
• Report defects and equipment concerns to management.
• Meet production and quality targets while minimizing material waste.
• Perform basic equipment upkeep and safety duties.
