Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepares cushions according to the production schedule.
• Forms, trims, cleans, and completes final preparation of cushions for packaging.
• Identifies appropriate package size for cushions and verifies the correct cushions are placed in cartons.
• Ensures product quality meets company standards.
• Keeps work area clean, organized, and swept.
• Completes current work before moving to an additional production schedule.
• Completes final preparation of cushions to be boxed for shipment.
• Works safely and supports a safe work environment for self and others.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
