Job summary

Enclos Corp in Omaha, NE is seeking a Project Manager to lead a large curtainwall construction project. You will coordinate across engineering, manufacturing, vendors, and field teams to keep the project on schedule, within budget, and aligned with quality and safety standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Construction Management with 3–5 years curtainwall experience, strong reading of drawings and specs, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field with 3–5 years curtainwall experience.
• Ability to read construction drawings, specs, schedules, and contracts.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities with deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with vendors and teams.

Responsibilities

• Support project planning from design to installation and closeout.
• Maintain logs, submittals, and tracking tools for milestones.
• Coordinate shop drawings, submittals, samples, and fabrication releases.
• Monitor schedules and identify delays and coordination issues.
• Support procurement and vendor documentation.
