Qualifications

• B.S./B.A. in a related field.
• 3 years in child welfare or related field.
• Experience collaborating with child welfare professionals.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to monitor changes in child welfare practice.
• Experience developing training for diverse backgrounds.
• Proven ability to meet project deadlines.
• Experience with Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with curriculum development team on scope and sequence.
• Reviews deliverables to support project timelines.
• Explain how curriculum aligns with Minnesota Child Welfare Practice Competencies.
• Contributes ideas on scripts, activities, and scenarios.
• Provides support for video and scenario development when needed.
• Attends key development meetings.
