Job summary

International Leadership of Texas is seeking a leader to oversee the instructional programs for core content, bilingual/EB, and LOTE, ensuring effective operation of the curriculum and instruction department. The role includes coaching Area Instructional Coaches, aligning coaching with ILTexas program models, and leading ongoing planning and evaluation of curriculum services.

Required are a Texas teaching certificate and strong knowledge of TEKS, curriculum design, and data-driven instructional

Qualifications

• Knowledge of curriculum design and implementation.
• Ability to serve as instructional leader across campuses.
• Expert skills with Excel and data mining to drive teaching effectiveness.

• Thorough understanding of TEKS and curriculum instruction.

Responsibilities

• Assist principals in developing, maintaining, and using information systems to track campus progress.
• Lead coaching team to align teacher coaching with ILTexas program model.
• Conduct instructional observations and provide diagnostic feedback.
• Lead PLCs and implement differentiated professional development.
• Coordinate curriculum documents and materials for assigned subjects.
• Collaborate with district staff to improve instructional programs.
• Oversee testing programs for the assigned subject area.
• Foster collegiality and involve staff in decision-making.
