Job summary

Great Minds is seeking a full-time Success Lead in Implementation Services to advance district partnerships and drive effective curriculum adoption across diverse schools. You will serve as regional content expert, build implementation plans, monitor progress, and deliver on-site leadership coaching.

The role requires at least 7 years in education with 3 years as a school leader or instructional coach, plus experience implementing Great Minds curricula. Travel up to 50% and remote work.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in education
• 3+ years as school leader or instructional coach
• Experience managing a portfolio of district partnerships
• Experience implementing Great Minds curricula
• Proficiency with Great Minds instructional design and pedagogy
• Strong writing and data-driven decision-making skills

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of strategic district partnerships and serve as the implementation relationship owner for Great Minds customers in a territory
• Plan and execute effective Great Minds implementations with district leaders, providing strategies and professional learning
• Support district partners to achieve KPIs for student learning outcomes
• Provide on-site targeted support, including school visits and regular progress reviews
• Facilitate leadership professional learning, PD, and coaching sessions
• Document insights and monitor implementation success metrics for continuous improvement
• Collaborate with sales to expand adoptions and serve as content expert
• Travel up to 50% and work remotely with Texas travel requirements
