Wake Forest University School of Medicine is seeking an experienced curriculum coordinator to contribute to the undergraduate medical education program in Winston‑Salem. The role involves developing and implementing curricular initiatives and supporting LCME accreditation.

You will train staff, coordinate with multiple departments, and manage scheduling and faculty coordination to ensure a high-quality learner experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Education, Health or related field.
• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate with diverse educational and cultural backgrounds.
• Independent work style with teamwork capability.

Responsibilities

• Actively participates and contributes to curriculum committees.
• Develops and implements curricular initiatives as directed by Faculty.
• Provides staff development on educational initiatives and LCME accreditation.
• Monitors curricular activities and suggests standardization.
• Oversees Medical Education staff coordinators and ensures resources.
• Reviews curricular components for goals, objectives, and evaluations.
• Trains and coaches staff coordinators to optimize curriculum experiences.
• Coordinates with educational departments to implement curricular events.
• Oversees scheduling systems.
• Recruits and coordinates faculty facilitators for courses and evaluations.
• Maintains curricular components of technology delivery programs.
• Maintains statistics on faculty participation.
