As One of Our Happy Center Leaders, You Will:
  • Lead by example, demonstrating passion for making a difference in the lives of children and staff, creating an environment of trust and rapport, and relating to diverse groups.
  • Maintain the physical environment and ensure all health and safety standards comply with licensing regulations.
  • Ensure the center is fully staffed with high-performing teachers through sourcing, training, coaching, and engagement.
  • Guide teachers to implement our proprietary curriculum using engaging characters to make learning fun and effective.
  • Achieve business results through family retention, enrollment growth, and operational efficiency, including managing accounts receivable/payable, P&L, and payroll.
  • Engage prospective families through tours and community marketing events to increase awareness and enrollment.
Apply Now If You:
  • Have two or more years of center leadership/management experience (highly preferred) or at least one year of management experience.
  • Possess a state-specific Administrative or Director credential and meet other state guidelines.
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in ECE or a related field (highly preferred).
  • Have strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations.

Must meet any applicable background screening or licensing requirements for the role.
