Job summary

Primrose-School is seeking a Curriculum Director to lead and mentor teachers, build strong classrooms, and ensure every child receives an exceptional educational experience. You will champion the Balanced Learning curriculum and drive high-quality learning environments.

You will support and inspire teachers, oversee curriculum implementation, and collaborate with the leadership team to promote student success and parental engagement.

Qualifications

• Passionate about early childhood education.
• Leadership role with ability to coach and mentor others.
• Experience implementing or leading a curriculum program.

Responsibilities

• Coach teachers to deliver high-quality early childhood instruction.
• Build strong classrooms and supportive learning environments.
