Qualifications

• Active SECRET clearance required.
• US citizenship.
• Minimum 4 years of curriculum development or instructional design experience.
• Experience with ADDIE or similar ISD models.
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline/Rise, Adobe Captivate).

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver curriculum to support program training needs.
• Build in-person, online and blended learning, and choose the right learning technology for each audience.
• Review and assess existing education and training courses, and recommend improvements.
• Instruct and advise personnel on ISD best practices.
• Develop assessments and evaluation tools that measure learning outcomes.
