Job summary

Mayvin is seeking a Curriculum Developer to assist in the development, execution, and periodic review of a Training Support Package for engagement operators within an internet-based program on MacDill AFB in Tampa, FL. This role analyzes training requirements and designs instructional approaches and strategies to meet training requirements. Must be a U.S.

Citizen with an active Secret clearance. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a minimum of 3 years' curriculum development experience and LMS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, curriculum & instruction, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of curriculum development experience, including designing training for diverse audiences.
• Proficiency with LMS such as Articulate 360, Blackboard, or similar platforms.
• Experience supporting Department of War or military operations, with knowledge of PSYOP doctrine and classification guideline.

Responsibilities

• Design instructionally valid training materials, relevant to the program in accordance with the DOW guidelines/TM/JP and other relevant documents
• Conduct research of the curricula to determine what materials and resources should be added or adapted to meet learning objectives
• Ensure integrity of task analysis, training requirements, training hierarchies, instructional materials, and evaluation plans
• Interact with customer and program leadership to ensure instructional content is current, comprehensive and meets the program needs
