Job summary

Fortive is seeking a Learning & Delivery Specialist to help OpCos build scalable capabilities by creating practical, reusable learning content and curricula that drive adoption in the flow of work.

You will collaborate with Talent Enablement Partners, Talent Planning, People Insights, and OpCo HRVPs to translate needs into core learning experiences, with a bias for scrappy, reusable solutions and fast pilots that deliver measurable behavior change.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s preferred.
• 6–8+ years in learning design, curriculum or leadership development.
• Ability to translate business strategy into learning outcomes and measurable impact.
• Experience with VOC and learning effectiveness metrics.

Responsibilities

• Design reusable curricula and content for OpCos with 80% core material.
• Lead pilots, collect VOC, and iterate to improve content and adoption.
• Partner with TE Partners, OpCo HR, and leadership to scale delivery.
• Build and maintain a library of leading practices and benchmark content.
