The College of Engineering seeks a highly organized and collaborative Curriculum Coordinator I to support undergraduate academic programs and curriculum administration. This position serves as a key resource for faculty, academic advisors, students, and university partners by coordinating curriculum processes, maintaining student academic records, supporting course scheduling, assisting with the planning and implementation of undergraduate academic initiatives, and supporting the College's ABET accreditation efforts.
Working within the Academic Programs Office, the Curriculum Coordinator I provides administrative support for curriculum committees, coordinates student academic transactions within the Student Information System, maintains curriculum documentation, and assists with the coordination of the College's ABET accreditation process by collecting and maintaining accreditation documentation, supporting assessment activities, and partnering with departments to facilitate continuous improvement efforts. The position also supports the delivery of undergraduate educational programs and events, coordinates travel administration, and provides general administrative support to the Academic Programs Office.

Knowledge equivalent to that which normally would be acquired by completing a four-year college degree program in education, educational administration, student affairs, business administration, or a related field; six months to one year of related and progressively more responsible or expansive work experience and knowledge of curriculum; word processing, database, spreadsheet and presentation software; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
