Miracorp in Washington, DC is seeking a Curriculum Developer to design and deliver curricula across in-person, online, and blended learning environments in support of the Department of State, Directorate of Passport Services.

You will advise personnel on instructional design practices, align materials with learning needs, and stay current with learning technologies. This role requires strong communication and collaboration across teams and agencies.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of relevant experience; or 8 years of relevant experience in lieu of the degree.
• Curriculum development.

Responsabilidades

• Provide curriculum development and delivery support for assigned projects.
• Develop learning content for in-person, online, or blended delivery.
• Determine appropriate uses of learning technology for each instructional situation.
• Review and assess education and training courses.
• Inform and instruct personnel on best practices for instructional system design.
• Align curriculum materials and delivery approaches with identified learning needs.
