Pay Rate: $16.00 an hour with $2.00 an hour additional shift differential on swing and grave shifts.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests following rotation procedures.
- Ask guests for feedback on their meal and invite them back as they depart.
- Operate point-of-sales system and handle cash and cash equivalents.
- Complete daily register transactions and make vault deposits.
- Answer questions and offer event and promotional information.
- Assist with cleaning floors, arranging tables, and filling water glasses and coffee cups.
- Keep management updated on business flow.
- Stock cashier supplies and complete daily and weekly cleaning duties.
Knowledge, Certification, Skills, and Abilities
Required Knowledge and Certification
- 6 months restaurant experience in guest service position.
- Previous cash handling experience.
Preferred Knowledge and Certification
- Knowledge of point-of-sales software.

Physical Demands
- Must be able to walk and/or stand and exert fast-paced mobility for up to 8 hours.
- Must have good balance, and be able to bend and kneel.
- Must be able to reach, twist, push, pull, grasp, and lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
- Must perform repetitive hand and wrist motions and have good eye-hand coordination.
Working Environment
- Work is performed in the restaurant and may require going onto the gaming floor, which includes flashing lights, loud noises, and cigarette smoke.
- Must be able to work in cramped, tight quarters.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including all shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Occasionally deal with angry or hostile individuals.
- High volume of public contact.
