Job summary

LEAD Endeavors LLC is seeking proactive full-time Current Operations Specialists for an upcoming Shaw Air Force Base program in South Carolina. You will review OPORDs, track tasks for G2, and maintain situational awareness of threats while developing intelligence estimates and COPs.

The role requires 3–5 years of military orders experience, strong MS Office/Teams skills, and familiarity with MAVEN and AIDP. Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• You must write clearly and have 3-5 years of experience with the military orders process.
• Competency with Microsoft Office, MS Teams and cloud-based workflows.

Responsibilities

• Review daily OPORDs, FRAGOS, and CENTCOM Night Orders.
• Identify tasks for G2 and coordinate through to completion.
• Maintain situational awareness of current operations and threats.
• Develop intelligence running estimates, battle tracking, and COP.
• Disseminate I&W messages and reporting.
• Prepare situational or intelligence spot reports in verbal and written form.

• Battle Staff NCO Course (or equivalent);
• Officer Career Course (or equivalent);
• ability to write clearly and have 3-5 years of experience with the military orders process;

• experience writing military orders and familiarization with MAVEN, AIDP, and other DoW situational awareness tools and applications is highly desired. Job Responsibilities:
• review daily OPORDs, FRAGOS, and CENTCOM Night Orders;
• identify tasks pertaining to G2 and coordinate/track all tasks through to completion;
• maintain situational awareness of current operations and intelligence threats ;
• develop and maintain intelligence running estimates, battle tracking, and common operational pictures (COP);
• disseminate I&W messages and reporting;
• prepare and provide situational or intelligence spot reports in both verbal and written format; and
