It is an extremely exciting time to join the Promoboxx Account Management team coming off a record-breaking year for growth! The Account Management Team is the sales team for our existing clients and works alongside our New Business Sales Team, our Customer Success Team, and our Customer Support Team. The mission of this team is to build and maintain relationships with our current clients, reduce churn, create opportunities to upgrade clients and get referrals to prospect brands. As Sales Development and Operations Representative, you will be partnered with Account Managers who build and demonstrate value to decision-makers at our clients to help them secure renewals and upgrades.This is an entry-level position.

Here is what you’ll be doing if you accept this challenge:

  • Perform cold outreach to key retail users of the Promoboxx platform to assist in the signup and registration process.
  • Use smart, personalized outreach via phone calls and emails to deliver the value of our service to potential users.
  • Work directly with Account Managers who build and demonstrate value with C-level executives
  • Collaborate with Promoboxx’s Customer Success Managers, to understand what clients need from a marketing perspective
  • Get feedback from retail users and provide that feedback to brands using Promoboxx
  • Manage retailer activity, knowledge sharing, tracking, forecasting, and follow-ups to outreach.
  • Research key retailers who will drive the most impact for our brand partners
  • Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting for retail users, helping them navigate the platform or resolve common issues
  • Exceed monthly retailer registration quota and monthly team objectives.
  • This is a Jr. role is similar to BDR/SDR but requires additional analytical skills

  • Possess confidence in yourself.
  • Refuse to lose mentality, driven to meet or exceed individual goals set by your Manager.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable and not afraid to be on the phone.
  • Positive attitude with the desire to work in a rapid-growth, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Track record of exceeding quotas with new business or existing clients. Preferably within the retail and digital marketing enterprise space a plus.
  • Analytical skills, and demonstrated ability to independently solve problems
  • Coachability
