Job summary

Live! Casino & Hotel Maryland is seeking a Drop & Count Clerk in the Bossier City area to support currency handling for Gaming Machines, Tables, and Poker Room drops under supervision. You will securely open and count currency, separate tickets, and prepare reports for verification.

The role requires accuracy, reliability, and the ability to work under time pressure. Candidates must be 21+, able to work in a smoking/alcohol environment, and maintain licensure as required by regulatory bodies.

Qualifications

Must be 21 years or older.
Must be able to work in an environment with alcohol and tobacco.
Must secure and maintain licensure as required by Louisiana Gaming Control Board or applicable authority.

Responsibilities

Open, remove and secure currency from slot machines and table games.
Adhere to all Drop/Count policies and procedures.
Count slot machine currency drops and tickets accurately.
Operate currency counter and ticket counter equipment.
Prepare currency drops for verification and create reports in the accounting system.
Maintain area cleanliness and confidentiality of information.
Report any discrepancies to supervisors.
Contribute to a team and perform additional duties as assigned.
