Job summary

Continental is seeking a Plant IV Curing Process Technician to control and monitor manufacturing processes, assist in process industrialization, and drive efficiency and productivity improvements. The role focuses on reducing scrap, handling over cure issues, and optimizing process stability.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED with manufacturing experience; relocation is not offered. The role may require shifts including evenings and weekends in a non-climate controlled

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 1 year Continental Manufacturing experience or 2 years mechanical experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor visas now or in the future for this posting.
• No relocation assistance is offered for this position.
• Preferred: Associates Degree or prior manufacturing experience.
