Job summary

Continental is seeking a CVT Curing Floor Supervisor to lead curing operations on a shift, including presses, molds, and equipment setup. You will supervise the workforce, ensure safety, quality and productivity, and maintain housekeeping and accurate production reporting.

The role requires coordinating training and discipline, adhering to ESH policies, and collaborating with maintenance to keep operations running smoothly. Evening/weekend shifts may be involved.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or 5 years experience required.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
• No relocation assistance is offered for this position.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CVT curing operations on shift including curing presses, molds, and machine setup.
• Coordinate workforce, maintain safety, quality, productivity, and housekeeping.
• Maintain accurate production reporting and training of employees; conduct disciplinary actions.
• Provide a safe work environment and ensure proper machinery setup.
• Coordinate work assignments and manning; cover Lead Supervisor if needed.
• Ensure ESH procedures and legal requirements are implemented and monitored.
