Job summary

NISSHINBO Automotive Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking an experienced Curing Operator-LI to operate curing machines, perform quality checks, and maintain 5S standards on a day shift in Covington, GA.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to read process specs, and reliable documentation of daily production activities. Ideal candidates will have a High School diploma or GED and at least two years in manufacturing or equivalent training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Two years' experience in manufacturing and/or training or equivalent education/experience.
• Ability to read process standards and measure parts.
• English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Review specifications by reading process standards to determine machine adjustments and material requirements.
• Operate machines to meet daily production targets and document activities clearly and promptly.
• Perform quality checks during loading and unloading of cured products.
• Conduct daily mold grind of assigned curing presses.
• Perform weight checks at preform machine and maintain clean preform area.
• Follow safety, quality, and housekeeping standards (5S) and PPE requirements.
• Report machine issues promptly to supervision and adhere to STOP-CALL-WAIT procedures.
• Complete 2s check sheets accurately and maintain shift handoff readiness.
