Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business documents in English.
• Minimum two years of experience working at NAMI.

Responsabilités

• Improves Manufacturing Functions by maintaining a clean environment in the Curing and Preforming Machine areas; troubleshoots machine functions; assists with continuous quality improvement.
• Maintains documentation and reports on waste, rejects, and production metrics to management.
• Coordinates with Supervisors, Team Leaders and Mold Technicians to ensure production targets are met and safety standards are followed.
