Thrive Restaurant Group is hiring for a Carside To Go Specialist to warmly greet guests, assist them to seats, and manage the carside pickup flow with hospitality and efficiency.

The role emphasizes fulfilling to-go orders, delivering to guests’ cars, processing payments, and maintaining restaurant cleanliness. A caring attitude and strong communication are essential for success in this family-oriented team.

Qualifications

• A desire to care for others, grow, and learn.
• A positive attitude.
• Reading, writing and verbal communication skills required.
• Mobility required during the entire shift.
• Transports and carries objects up to 15 pounds up to 15 times a shift.
• Ability to wipe down table tops, table legs, pick up debris off the floor and wipe down booth seats in all areas of the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Take to-go order over the phone or online (35%).
• Deliver orders to guests' cars (35%).
• Complete payment for all orders with the guest (20%).
• Ensure restaurant cleanliness standards are met (10%).
