Thrive Restaurant Group is seeking a Carside To Go Specialist to warmly greet guests and assist them to their cars, ensuring a smooth to-go experience with hospitality. You’ll manage guest interactions from arrival to departure in a fast-paced, family-oriented environment.

Responsibilities include taking to-go orders by phone/online, delivering orders to cars, handling payments, and maintaining cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Reading, writing and verbal communication skills required.
• Mobility required during the entire shift.
• Transports and carries objects (such as high-chair) up to 15 pounds up to 15 times a shift.

Responsibilities

• Take to-go orders over the phone or online (35%).
• Deliver orders to guests' cars (35%).
• Complete payment for all orders with the guest (20%).
• Ensure restaurant cleanliness standards are met (10%).
