Responsibilities

• Provide remarkable curbside service at the Meijer Pickup area with accurate order fulfillment and payment collection.
• Greet customers warmly in person and on the phone and respond to questions.
• Maintain positive working relationships with customers, team members and leadership.
• Resolve customer concerns by partnering with leadership when needed.
• Handle daily workflow from a dashboard and fulfill orders during the shift.
• Select items, scan/verify products, bag them per standards and store orders securely.
