Responsibilities

• Provide remarkable curbside service and efficient order fulfillment.
• Assist customers with payment collection and carside experience.
• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone and respond to inquiries.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers, team members, and leadership.
• Resolve customer concerns by coordinating with leadership when needed.
• Process orders from dashboard and fulfill items during the shift.
• Bag items using proper bagging standards and verify products during picking.
