Job summary

Meijer is seeking a curbside order fulfillment associate to turn online orders into smooth, reliable pickups. You will greet customers, fulfill orders accurately, collect payments, and maintain an organized curbside area.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-service mindset with a customer-first approach.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and use a dashboard.
• At least 1 year of experience; prior retail experience preferred.
• Past cashier experience preferred; detail-oriented and dependable.
• Ability to follow procedures and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Past online ordering experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide remarkable curbside service and pickup experience.
• Fulfill online orders accurately and collect payment.
• Greet customers courteously in person and on the phone.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers, teammates and leadership.
• Resolve concerns quickly with leadership help when needed.
• Receive daily workflow from a dashboard and fulfill orders.
• Scan/verify products, bag items, and follow bagging standards.
• Store and stage orders correctly with food safety in mind.
• Keep curbside area clean and ready for the next pickup.
• Support other tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
