Job summary

Meijer Inc. is seeking a curbside order fulfillment associate to efficiently complete online orders at the point of pickup. You will greet customers, process payments, and ensure accurate, friendly service at the curbside area.

The role emphasizes maintaining a clean, organized workspace, following food safety and bagging standards, and collaborating with team members to deliver a positive shopping experience. Prior cashier experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer loyalty by providing friendly curbside service and accurate order fulfillment.
• Maintain positive relations with customers and team members.

• Resolve complaints promptly by escalating to leadership when needed.
• Receive workflow from dashboard and fulfill daily orders.
• Bag products according to standards and store them in the staging area following safety guidelines.
• Greet customers and process payments for curbside orders.
