Job summary

Meijer is seeking a Digital Clerk to fulfill online curbside orders quickly and accurately, delivering a smooth pickup experience from start to finish. You’ll join a family company that values service, technology, and community impact.

No prior knowledge of all tasks required—we train you. Requirements include a high school diploma, solid communication, and the ability to lift and stand for long periods; retail or cashier experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Past cashier experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide remarkable service at the curbside pickup area through accurate order fulfillment and payment collection.
• Greet customers with a courteous, friendly attitude in person and on the phone.
• Maintain positive working relationships with customers, team members, and leadership.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly by partnering with leadership when needed.
• Receive daily workflow through a dashboard and fulfill orders throughout the shift.
• Select items, scan/verify products, and bag items using bagging standards.
• Store and stage orders correctly while following food safety guidelines.
• Keep the curbside area clean, neat, and ready for the next pickup.
• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
