Willie’s Grill and Ice House in Spring, TX is seeking a dynamic curbside/carry out team member to join our high-energy, guest-focused crew. You will provide friendly, timely service, handle orders, and help keep operations running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

No prior experience required beyond 6 months to 2 years preferred; we value teamwork, reliability, and a positive attitude. This role offers opportunities to learn, grow, and be part of a beloved Texas Icehouse tradition.

Formación

• 6 months to 2 years of related experience preferred, high school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Food Handler’s Certificate as required
• Strong verbal communication and basic math skills
• Ability to stand and walk throughout shifts and lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to follow written and verbal directions and manage workflow independently

Responsabilidades

• Provide friendly, timely “Guest First” service ensuring all orders are perfect and guests feel valued
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately using our point-of-sale system
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and adhere to sanitation standards
• Assist fellow team members and support a cooperative service environment
• Follow company policies including dress code, clock-in/out times, and safety guidelines
• Handle cash, credit card payments, coupons, and gift cards according to established procedures
• Attend company meetings and training seminars to continuously improve skills
