Job summary

Willie’s Grill & Ice House in Hill Country Village, TX is hiring a dynamic Curbside/Carry Out Team Member to deliver friendly, guest-first service in a fast-paced setting.

You will handle takeout and curbside orders, operate the point-of-sale system, maintain a clean workstation, and work with a close-knit team to ensure accuracy and timely service. Experience is preferred; a Food Handler’s Certificate may be required.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 2 years of related experience preferred.
• Food Handler’s Certificate as required.
• Strong verbal communication and basic math skills.
• Ability to stand and walk throughout shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to follow written and verbal directions and manage workflow independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, timely “Guest First” service ensuring all orders are perfect and guests feel valued.
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately using our point-of-sale system
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and adhere to sanitation standards
• Assist fellow team members and support a cooperative service environment
• Follow company policies including dress code, clock-in/out times, and safety guidelines
• Handle cash, credit card payments, coupons, and gift cards according to established procedures
• Attend company meetings and training seminars to continuously improve skills
