Job summary

BB's Tex-Orleans is hiring a Curbside team member in Porter, TX to handle curbside and to-go orders with a focus on accuracy and friendly service. You will pack, stage, and verify orders, assist online curbside customers by phone, and keep work areas clean and sanitary throughout shifts.

Shifts include AM and PM options; pay is $8.00 per hour plus tips, with opportunities to grow in a fast-paced, customer-focused restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Ideal Curbside candidate: Pay is $8.00 an hour plus tips.
• High accuracy/attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks while working within deadlines.
• Kitchen/Serving experience a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Daily priorities include accurately packing and staging orders for customer Curbside orders.
• Ensure pickup orders are complete before they leave the building, following up with customers on any returns, order changes / mistakes, or abandoned orders.
• Communicating and providing assistance with online Curbside customers via the phone.
• Ensure work areas and equipment are kept clean, tidy, sanitary, and prepped well during and after the shift.

Job description

The Curbside job is to receive, manageand fulfill our curbside/to-go orders. The curbside job operates in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The Curbside position must provide excellent customer service skills, and accuracy with all orders.

Curbside Job Expectations

• Daily priorities include accurately packing and staging orders for customer Curbside orders.

• Friendly, motivated, self-driven and willing to go the extra mile to make a memorable experience for Curbside customers.
• Has a high level of accuracy/attention to detail and is able to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously while working within deadlines a must.
• Kitchen/Serving experiences a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
