Job summary

BB's Tex-Orleans in Pearland, TX is seeking a friendly curbside associate to receive, manage, and fulfill to-go orders in a fast-paced restaurant. You will focus on accurate packing, staging orders, and ensuring orders are complete before pickup.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask during busy shifts. The role offers flexible AM/PM shifts with a pay rate of $8.00 per hour plus tips.

Job description

The Curbside job is to receive, manageand fulfill our curbside/to-go orders. The curbside job operates in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The Curbside position must provide excellent customer service skills, and accuracy with all orders.

Curbside Job Expectations

• Daily priorities include accurately packing and staging orders for customer Curbside orders.
• Ensure pickup orders are complete before they leave the building, following up with customers on any returns, order changes / mistakes, orabandoned orders.
• Communicating and providing assistance with online Curbside customers via the phone.
• Ensure work areas and equipment are kept clean, tidy, sanitary, and prepped well during and after the shift.

Ideal Curbside candidate:

• Pay is $8.00 an hour plus tips
• Friendly, motivated, self-driven and willing to go the extra mile to make a memorable experience for Curbside customers.
• Has a high level of accuracy/attention to detail and is able to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously while working within deadlines a must.
• Kitchen/Serving experiences a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
