Job summary

Walbec Group is seeking an Operator to operate a Curb Machine and related equipment on construction sites in Wisconsin. You will handle skid steers, backhoes, loaders, dozers, graders, and compactors as needed, ensuring safety and efficiency.

Requirements include a valid driver’s license (CDL preferred), a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to work nights, early mornings, and weekends in varying weather. Union membership is encouraged and HR can assist with enrollment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and driving record acceptable.
• CDL is desired but not required at hire.
• HS diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be punctual and reliable.
• Experience operating equipment and curb machines preferred.
• Flexible hours including nights, early mornings and weekends.
• Capable of working in varied weather and dusty environments.
• Willing to labor when not operating equipment.
• Union membership or willingness to join may be required.
• Pass union aptitude test when required.
