Job summary

In this role, you will maintain the grounds and amenities to ensure excellent curb appeal and attract new residents. Key responsibilities include daily inspections of grounds, pressure washing, and managing trash.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree is a plus.
• Valid Driver’s license is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect grounds daily and remove trash and debris.
• Run the trash compactor and pressure wash common areas.
• Complete assigned minor and routine service tickets.
