Job summary

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated interest in art history, especially American art (1900–1960).
  • Previous research experience is required; archival research preferred.
  • Highly organized, proactive, able to multitask and manage assignments.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office apps and file organization.

Responsibilities

  • Research and provide admin support for forthcoming exhibitions (American art 1900–1960).
  • Support permanent collection stewardship, gifts and acquisitions work.
  • Assist with archival/provenance research and materials preparation.
  • Prepare materials for archives and assist with exhibition proposals.
