• Strong understanding of common title defects and how to resolve them in practice.
• Ability to work independently and make judgment calls without constant direction.
• Consistent attention to detail across a high volume of work.
• Ability to prioritize and move items forward without losing accuracy.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
• AAPL membership

Responsibilities

• Review assigned title issues and determine the appropriate path to resolution
• Prepare, obtain, and/or file curative documents as needed
