Job summary

Merative is seeking a Technical Consultant on the Curam Solutions team to lead delivery and support of Curam projects. You will work closely with clients and systems integration partners to provide technical guidance and hands-on implementation across configurations, workflows, and integrations.

You will facilitate requirements workshops, develop designs and prototypes, configure servers, and ensure strong client relationships while applying industry design patterns and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology equivalent.
• 8+ years hands-on software delivery experience.
• 3+ years Curam software product experience including batch, workflows, web services.
• 5+ years Java/J2EE development with JDBC, XML, XSL, CSS, JavaScript.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate requirements and fit/gap workshops with client staff on technical topics and non-functional requirements.
• Create functional and technical designs and prototypes for Curam configurations and extensions.
• Develop, code and unit test Curam extensions in a J2EE environment.
• Configure and troubleshoot application servers like WebSphere or WebLogic, and develop APIs.
• Utilize Eclipse framework to implement Curam.
• Establish and maintain successful working relationships with clients and partners, promoting Curam solutions.
• Apply standard design methodologies and patterns; support operations of the system.
