Job summary

Accenture is seeking a skilled Cúram/Java professional to design, develop, and support Cúram solutions for health and human services programs. You will build Java-based Cúram components, batch processes, and integrations with external systems.

You will translate business requirements into technical designs, develop SOAP web services, SQL/PL-SQL, and collaborate with agile teams across delivery, testing, deployment, and production support. Travel may be required periodically.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience developing or supporting IBM Cúram solutions.
• A minimum of 4 years of Java development experience in large enterprise applications.
• Minimum of 1 year experience designing and developing Cúram batch processes, interfaces, web services, or financial components.
• Minimum of 1 year experience with Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, XML, SOAP web services, and technical troubleshooting across integrated systems.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience. If an Associate’s Degree, 6 years of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, test, and support Cúram solutions for health and human services programs.
• Build and maintain Java-based Cúram components, batch processes, interfaces, financial modules, and integrations with external systems.
• Translate business and policy requirements into functional and detailed technical designs that align with established architecture and development standards.
• Develop and troubleshoot SOAP web services, XML integrations, Oracle SQL and PL/SQL, and other data exchange components.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, developers, testers, and client stakeholders throughout Agile delivery, release readiness, deployment, and production support.
• Provide technical leadership through solution reviews, code reviews, estimation, mentoring, and development best practices.
• Support modernization efforts by helping assess dependencies between existing Cúram capabilities and new platforms while protecting service continuity and data integrity.
