Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and functional requirements
• Translate requirements into Cúram functional specifications
• Configure Cúram components including evidence, rules, and workflows
• Support design reviews, testing, and user acceptance activities
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Support defect analysis and functional validations

Required Skills

• Strong experience with IBM Cúram SPM (functional side)
• Expertise in case management, eligibility, and rules configuration
• Excellent documentation and communication skills
• Experience working with developers and QA teams
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

Preferred

• Prior hands-on configuration experience
