Adir International Llc in Vernon, CA is seeking a full-time manual labor associate to pull, pack, and ship orders, and to process returns from online purchases within our fulfillment center. The role requires attention to detail, English literacy, and basic computer/scanner use, with overtime and potential weekend hours.

Responsibilities include maintaining inventory accuracy, following safety regulations, operating handling equipment, and supporting other areas within the Ayers Distribution

• Must read and write English.
• Computer literacy required.

Responsabilidades

• Pull, pack, and ship customer orders.
• Process returns from online orders.
• Follow security guidelines to minimize inventory shrinkage.
• Maintain good inventory control as products enter/leave the fulfillment center.
• Comply with safety regulations in the fulfillment center.
• Keep a clean and safe work environment.
• Be able to rotate shifts as needed by the department.
• Respond with urgency in a fast-paced environment.
• Learn and master required software for outbound shipments and returns.
• Must be able to use a computer, keyboard, and scanner.
• Willing to work overtime and an extra weekend day as needed.
• Willing to accommodate an earlier start time.
• Use material handling equipment as needed.
• Assist in other areas within the Ayers Distribution Center as required.
• Perform physical inventory and/or cycle counts.

POSITIONSUMMARY:

You are responsible forpulling, packaging, and shipping orders. In addition,you will be processing returns received from online ordersinthefulfillmentcenterbasedon establishedguidelinesdepartmentstandardsandproductivity goals.Otherdutiesinclude resolving situations related to customer new orders, return orders, and inventory discrepancies.
