Job summary

Graphic Packaging International is seeking a Cup Operator to maintain operation of paper cup machines, including cleaning and loading blanks. You will perform safety and quality checks, adjust machine settings, and participate in daily team production meetings to ensure output meets quality standards.

The role offers a starting wage of $21.47/hour, rising to $22.05/hour, plus a $1.15/hour night shift differential and a $1,500 retention bonus for new hires and qualifying rehires.

Responsibilities

• Maintain operation of paper cup machines and assist with finishers.
• Perform safety checks, quality checks, and housekeeping per 5S and food safety standards.
• Load blanks, start/stop equipment, and monitor machines during shift.
• Communicate with supervisor and team to meet production goals.
