Job summary

Graphic Packaging International is seeking a Cup Packer to ensure labels, boxes, and packaging materials are ready for each print run. You will monitor the auto-bagger, verify order specs, and help maintain a clean, organized work area while communicating production status and quality issues to teammates.

This role emphasizes accurate documentation, adherence to procedures, and teamwork to support multiple cup lines and prevent production delays.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate with previous shift packers to relay production status and issues.
• Maintain logs and complete documentation of quality checks and packaging details.
• Keep a clean and organized workstation and assist others as needed.

Responsibilities

• Verify packaging and finished goods against specification sheets.
• Operate and monitor auto-bagger and boxes preparation for runs.
• Record defects and pass issues to machine operator and QA per protocol.
• Provide training to new packers as needed.
