Amsted Rail Petersburg is seeking a Cup Cone Operator to operate and maintain grinding lines, producing precision metal parts in line with Amsted Rail standards.

Qualifications

• Lift, push & pull 10 to 50 lbs.
• Pass pre-employment drug & background screening.
• Be able to stand and move for long periods.
• Experience in metalworking or grinding is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain grinding machinery to meet specs.
• Set up and adjust machine parameters.

POSITION SUMMARYThe Cup Cone Operator operates and maintains a line to perform multiple grinding functions on metal work pieces.
