Achievement First is seeking a Student Services Manager-Culture to support culture, events, and daily non-instructional operations across multiple RI locations. You will collaborate with school leadership to plan events, coordinate meals and transportation, and ensure health services and culture initiatives align with academic goals.

The role emphasizes strong organizational skills, creativity in event planning, and a commitment to an inclusive school culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited 4-year institution is required.
• Minimum 2 years of administrative experience or a similar environment.
• Experience with educational technology and digital learning models/applications, demonstrating a strong track record of program development and integration.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute school events such as report card nights and award ceremonies.
• Organize field lessons and culture-related activities.
• Coordinate daily student food services and transportation.
• Coordinate student health services and collaborate with nursing staff.
• Foster a positive and inclusive school culture.
