Job summary

Jobtailor in Massachusetts is seeking a culture and communications professional to design and execute culture programming, coordinate team activities, and recognize moments that reinforce our company culture. You will own the planning and execution of key meetings and gatherings for the M&C team.

The ideal candidate has experience in internal communications, event planning, and working with senior leaders to ensure alignment across marketing, HR, and learning and development initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2 years in communication or learning and development, marketing or human resources
• 3 years in communication or learning and development, marketing or human resources (preferred)
• Event planning experience
• Must have executive presence working with senior leaders

Responsibilities

• Design and execute culture programming, team activities, and recognition moments
• Own the planning and execution of key M&C gatherings
• Support internal communications efforts that keep the M&C team informed and aligned
