Job summary

Republic Airways invites students to join a hands-on internship in Carmel, IN, designed to prepare you for the workforce. You’ll gain mentorship, shadow multiple departments, attend professional development workshops, and work on real projects with interns.

Expect up to 40 hours per week, exposure to the aviation industry, and opportunities to contribute to internal communications and culture initiatives, with relocation assistance if applicable.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with a 3.0 GPA or higher.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills and familiarity with Canva Visual Suite.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team, and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Regularly measure and analyze performance, identifying strengths and opportunities.
• Assist culture and engagement teams with insights and messaging.
• Plan and support Business Resource Group (BRG) events onsite and in the community.
